We are IronKite, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our marketing team is growing and we need a Junior Email Marketing Specialist to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Manage paid advertising budgets across Google Ads and social platforms
- Track and report on KPIs including CAC, conversion rates, and LTV
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Create and oversee content strategy across all owned channels

What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency with version control and collaboration tools
- Strong foundational skills in your area of expertise
- 1-2 years of relevant professional experience
- Comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment
