We are OmniTech, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our data team is growing and we need a Principal Database Administrator to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.

What You'll Do:
- Drive experimentation frameworks and A/B testing infrastructure
- Monitor data quality and build alerting systems for anomalies
- Build and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL workflows
- Document data assets and maintain data catalog accuracy
- Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
- Design and optimize data warehouse schemas for performance
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to define data models

What We're Looking For:
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to all audiences
- Strong external presence through publications, talks, or open source
- 10+ years of deep expertise in your domain
- Experience shaping long-term technical vision and strategy
