We are IronKite, a remote-first company building tools used by thousands of teams worldwide. Our design team is growing and we need a Senior UX Designer to help us reach the next level. You will work alongside a senior team with high standards and a strong culture.
What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end design process from research to high-fidelity mockups
- Translate complex user problems into elegant, simple solutions
- Stay current with UX trends and accessibility best practices
- Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
- Collaborate closely with engineers during implementation
What We're Looking For:
- Experience mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience
- Strong system design and architectural thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
